- All items are shipped from Ohio. Estimated shipping time takes 1 to 5 business days in the USA depending on location and 7 to 10 business days outside the USA.
- All shipments are handled by UPS and USPS. After making an order you will be e-mailed the whole Order Invoice indicating all items you have selected, with price and delivery costs. You will also receive the tracking code of your parcel and can follow the whole process yourself.

- Returns & Replacements
- We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. And guarantee the quality of all our products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Our Customer Care assistance E-mail: info@liquidsunrayz.com. You can return the item without damaging it and at your own expenses including all the customs taxes and etc. The cancelled item should be delivered back to the 3281 Triplecrown Dr, North Bend, OH 54052. After the receiving of the item, refund will be made. You can cancel your request in the same date you make the request. We take great pride in the quality of our products.

- Ordering can be done via this website, in person or via telephone. We do quite a bit of spraying on site as well at physique competitions. - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal and check and money orders. In order to keep both you and ourselves more secured, we use up-to-date antifraud handling system and work together with huge payment processing company. During the checkout you have to provide your Credit Card details and click to proceed. The transaction is made simultaneously and billing information will be sent to your E-mail immediately. We guarantee, that all the information entered during the checkout would be carefully stored and secured for your safety and will not be handed to third parties, except financial institutions handling payment processing. All the prices are in United States Dollars. Our listed prices are subject to change without prior notice. For large wholesale orders we prefer payment via bank (account to account) transfer. We require 80% deposit on placing the order and the remainder prior to delivery.
